If you feel yourself getting looser down there, it is nothing to worry about or feel embarrassed about. It is totally normal as it is something that comes with age, childbirth, or menopause. It is something that happens when too much stress is placed on the vaginal walls, making its elasticity go too far. You should understand that it is something every adult woman has gone through or is going through, and you are not alone in it. It is quite certain that this looseness reduces the pleasure felt because, without those tightening muscles, it is close to impossible to experience an orgasm. With the right technique, you can make your vagina tighter.
Here is how to tighten your vagina: to make it feel the way it should.
1. Kegel Exercises
Exercises fix so many things, and loosening vagina walls are not left out. Kegel exercises focus on strengthening the pelvic floors. See how specific it is? When your pelvic muscles are tightened, your vagina gets tightened too. It is quite easy to do. Just follow these simple steps:
- Lay on your back with your legs spread apart. More preferably, keep your legs in the childbirth position.
- Practice some breathing exercises to stabilize you
- Tighten your vagina. Do this like you are trying to hold back pee.
- At the same time, squeeze both sides of your vagina together
- Hold for five to seven seconds per interval
- Repeat this for as many times as you can during the day and watch yourself recover your pelvic strength

2. Cosmetic Surgery
Surgery fixes everything these days—even vaginas. It all lies in the vaginoplasty surgery.
This procedure is solely for the purpose of repairing or creating vaginas.
It is done by removing extra skin down there. Stitches are then done to hold the loose tissue inside the vagina in place, thereby reducing the size of the vagina, and when the size of your vagina reduces, it becomes tighter.
Personally, it is not something I would recommend because there are so many risks attached, but no one said you cannot go under the knife to make your vagina tighter. Some side effects of getting a Vaginoplasty surgery may include:
- Bleeding
- Pain that treatments cannot cure
- Vesico Vaginal Fistula
- Swollen privates, amongst many others
All these side effects do not rule out the truth that surgeries help tighten the vagina. If you can get past them eventually, why not? Before going under the knife for your vagina, be sure to have a detailed session with your doctor.
3. Estrogen Therapy
For women who have reached their menopausal stage, their bodies no longer produce the required amount of estrogen.
This is one of the reasons why the vagina becomes loose. Just why Replacement Therapy works
With hormone replacement therapy (HRT) cream, the right amount of estrogen is absorbed by the skin, and it begins to work, fixing what needs to be fixed. Even things you never knew were wrong.
And even better, if you are consistent with your hormone replacement therapy, your vagina could actually become tighter than you had even expected it to be.

4. Squats
Doing squats can help tighten your vagina. They work like the kegels do to tighten the vagina. Imagine doing both?
It is quite simple to do these squats. All you need to do is to stand and stretch your leg, then bend as though you are trying to sit on a low stool. Do this continuously. It may hurt, but you will definitely see the results you desire. Even better, you can do this with weights in your hand!
5. Leg Exercises
These are quite similar to kegel exercises and almost as effective, too. There are different ways to do leg exercises, and I will be sharing some steps with you.
- Lay flat on your back and put your legs together with your toes facing the ceiling.
- Lift one leg after the other in a way that places your hips and trunk at an angle of 90 degrees. In simpler terms, lift your legs till your legs come close to touching your belly, but remain straight.
- Do this repeatedly, lifting one leg after the other after holding the previous one in that position for a few seconds.
- Rest for a bit and continue.
Doing these exercises consistently can help you achieve a tighter vagina.
You can also do the leg-up leg exercises. You do this one lying down with your back on the floor and your legs inclined against the wall.

6. Creams and Pills
There are so many creams and pills that women drink or insert into the vaginas to make it tighter.
Although these do not give permanent solutions, they can work for the main time. But I must warn you, never self-medicate on these because they might be very harmful.
Always talk to your doctor before inserting anything into your vagina or drinking anything that is meant to make your vagina tighter.
7 Laser Treatment
What laser treatment does is this: it burns the tissues in the upper part of the vagina, causing them to produce more collagen, giving a firmer effect.
Collagen is a protein that helps tissues stay firm.
Laser treatments may burn, but under the supervision of good doctors and technicians, the effects would not be as bad as surgery. This might be just the thing to make your vagina tighter.

8. Radio Frequency Treatment
This method works like a microwave but with way less heat. It warms the vulva and vagina, improving moisture and blood flow in the vagina. It helps collagen grow.
This is the kind of improvement you need for your vagina. Gradual and steady but evident growth. Imagine regaining your moisture back.
No more vaginal dryness that leads to vaginal expansion. It could even help with urinal inconsistencies. Stopping those little drops of urine that pop out when you laugh or sneeze.
Summary
A tighter vagina can be achieved naturally or with the help of modern medicine.
