Women who are still in the sexual market do not joke with what they put on. Being fully aware that every man who looks at them is a potential mate if he fits into the calibre of men she wants.
A cougar is still in the sexual market. And as such, she sure is going to be one of those who dresses to kill all the time. She will have her hair well-kept and her make-up well-done.
This is not to say that every woman who dresses well is a cougar. Of course, this is not true. I am only saying that a woman who makes an added effort to appear nice is trying to attract mates.
