1. Be a Communicator

One of the essential aspects of any healthy relationship is communication—more than just talk. Effective communication involves not just talking but also actively listening to your partner. 

Be open and honest in your communication, express your thoughts, feelings, and concerns, and be receptive to your partner’s perspective.
