Also, these delicious food recipes are very easy to prepare. I have personally prepared these delicious food recipes on many occasions, and I would like to recommend them to you guys.

Give it a try, and you will find them very tasty. The four delicious food recipes are Hamburger, Pizza, Fried Rice, and Paprika.

How to make a hamburger

Before you set out to start making hamburgers, ensure you have:

Utensils you need for hamburgers.

  1. One Big bowl
  2. Plastic wrap
  3. A meat grinder or food processor 
  4. Cold metal spoon
  5. One large baking tray
  6. A long-handled wide, flat spatula 
  7. Kitchen scale (this is optional)


  1. Freshly ground beef ( with a lean-to fat ratio of 80:20).
  2. Salt 
  3. Pepper
  4. Worcestershire sauce or chopped bacon
  5. Chopped green onions.

To make a tasty hamburger, follow these steps:

Step 1:preparing the meat

Wash your hands appropriately to avoid contamination of the beef. 

Cut the beef into pieces on a plastic wrap line. Further, refrigerate to make it frosty a bit. This will lock in the moisture of the meat when making the patties.

Step 2: get the grinder ready

Depending on if you are using a meat grinder or food processor, set it up properly. Also, ensure that your grinder is adjusted properly so that the meat will not be too tiny after grinding.

Step 3: grind the meat

Gradually add all the pieces of meat one by one to the grinder. Your grinding of the meat should be done only once. Further, transfer the ground meat into a bowl. Then allow it to chill in the freezer.

Step 4: make the patties

Bring out the cold ground beef in the freezer. Add green chopped onions to it. This is the time for you to also add your Worcestershire sauce or bacon if you notice the meat you bought is not fatty. Use your hands to mix thoroughly but gently. This would prevent you from making a dense and heavy hamburger.

Moreover, wet your hands occasionally to avoid the mixture sticking to them. Place the mixture on a large baking sheet. Use the cold metal spoon to take 5-6 ounces of beef. Also, your hands should be slightly wet before handling the beef.

After this, put the beef in between your hands then mold it into a ball. Place the beef balls on a cooking tray, then use the long-handled wide, flat spatula to flatten the beef balls out gently. Your patties should be made bigger than your buns. Afterward, press a shallow divot using your finger at the center of all the patties. This keeps the patties in shape when the fat melts on the grill and the meat reduces in size. 

Step 5: Season the patties

In case you forgot to add salt and pepper before to your patties, use your long-handled wide, flat spatula to flip both sides of all the patties then sprinkle salt and pepper generously on them. Flip the side of the divot up and refrigerate the patties again.

Prior to getting your hamburgers sizzling on the grill, do these:

  • Clean the grates of the grill with a wire-bristle brush to prevent the hamburger from sticking on it.
  • Preheat the grates to medium-high.
  • The grates should be oiled carefully too.

Step 6: Preparing the hamburger

You can now bring the patties out from the freezer. Then place on the grate. Close the lid of the grill. Grill for 5- 6 minutes. Use a long-handled spatula to flip each side of the burgers without flattening them on the grill.

To know if your burger is ready, place a meat thermometer at the center of the burger. If it reads 160⁰, it is ready.

Step 7: add the cheese

You can now add cheese to dissolve for 60 seconds on the grill. Set the burgers aside and cover them up with aluminum foil. So they do not stick to the cheese.

Step 8: get the toppings ready

Get your buns ready for the toppings. And load your favorite toppings on it including the lettuce. 

And the tasty hamburger is ready for munching.

How to make Pizza


  • 1 package of active dry yeast 
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of salt 
  • 1 small chopped onions
  • 1- ¼ cups of warm water 
  • ¼ cups of Canola oil
  • 3½ to 4 cups of all-purpose flour
  • 1 can of tomato sauce
  • 3 teaspoons of dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon of dried basil
  • 1 medium of diced green pepper 
  • 2 cups of shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese.
  • ½ pound of ground meat.

Step I:

Dissolve active yeast and sugar in warm water in a big bowl. Let it rest for 5 minutes until it becomes foamy. Add canola oil and salt to it. Pour the flour gradually into it. Use your hands to mix everything in the big bowl to form a dough. 

But, if you are using instant yeast, no need for it to rest for 5 minutes.

Step II:

Pour the mixture into a floured surface to prevent it from sticking. Then knead smoothly for about 5-7 minutes. Put it in an oiled bowl that was turned downward. This is to ensure the bowl is thoroughly oiled.

To find out if your dough is ready to rise- touch it with your finger. If the dough is elastic. It is ready. Cover it with plastic wrap. Allow it to rise for a few hours in a warm environment. The greater the rise, the better the flavor of the crust. 

But if the dough is too wet. Add more flour to it and continue kneading. Then boil the beef and chopped onions over medium heat until it is no longer pink in color. Drain the liquid out.

Step III:

If the dough has doubled in size. Give it a punch to release the air after rising. Divide the dough into two. Move each of the dough into an oiled 12-in pizza pan. Mix the tomato sauce, oregano, and basil. You could either use your hand or a spoon to spread the mixture over each crust. Add toppings of beef, green pepper, and cheese to it.

Step IV:

Heat your oven for at least 30 minutes before baking your pizza. The high heat will make your crust become crunchier and full of flavor.

Put on the oven to bake at a temp of 400⁰ for 25-30 minutes or until the crust becomes golden brown in color and the cheese has melted and browned on spots.

Step V: 


Transfer the baked pizza to a clean surface. Allow it to get cool for some minutes. You are free to slice it into pieces and serve.

How to make Fried Rice


  • 2 cups (450grams) long grain parboiled rice
  • Vegetable Oil
  • Chicken legs, breasts, etc (whichever is available)
  • 100g liver bits
  • 1 tablespoon curry powder
  • ½ cup green beans and green peas
  • ½ cup diced carrots
  • ½ cup sweet corn
  • Green pepper (desired amount)
  • Black pepper desired amount
  • Salt (to taste)
  • 1 onion
  • Thyme
  • 3 stock cubes
  • ¼ teaspoon of nutmeg powder

Preparation and Cooking

Step 1

Start by cooking the chicken and liver with enough water (add 2 stock cubes, half onion, thyme, and nutmeg powder) for 30-45minutes

Step 2

After cooking, filter the chicken and liver from the leftover water and fry them both in a deep pot (to avoid splashing of oil) with oil, after frying, remove the chicken and liver from the oil and keep separately in a bowl

Step 3

Cook the rice together with the leftover water from the chicken until the rice is fully cooked and keep it separately in a bowl.

Step 4

Put the deep pot (with the leftover oil inside it on the fire) wait for it to get hot, then add all the ingredients (vegetables) inside it. Add salt, 1 stock cube, and black pepper to taste and fry them together for about 5-10 minutes. Mix the vegetables with a spoon while frying.

Step 5

Then pours the already cooked rice into the pot and mix together, leave for 5minutes, and allow to cool. You are free to slice it into pieces and serve.

How to make Filled Paprika

Delicious Filled Paprika food recipe for 2 people

Paprika Recipe

  • 2 paprika
  • 2 250gram shredded meat
  • 1 medium-size onion
  • one garlic
  • ¼ teaspoon of salt
  • ¼ teaspoon of pepper (black pepper if available)
  • Grated cheese (desired volume)
  • 1 raw egg
  • Spices (chili, habaneros, jalapeno) if available.
  • Powdered paprika (if available)
  • Oil (to be after the preparation)


  • Cut the 2 paprika into half pieces, remove the seeds from inside the paprika, and wash.
  • Add all the rest ingredients (shredded meat, onion, garlic, salt, pepper, cheese, egg, spices, and powdered paprika together in a bowl and mix together very well with your hands until you get a paste form.
  • Taste to see if the salt or pepper is okay, if not you can add more to get your desired taste.
  • Fill the mixture into the paprika
  • Scatter some grated cheese on top.


  • Preheat oven to 200 degrees (top/bottom heat)
  • Spread the paprika onto a tray and put it inside the oven.
  • Sprinkle little oil on the paprika
  • Set the timer to 15-20 minutes.

To wrap it all up

It is economical for you to prepare any of this delicious food with these recipes than buying from one exotic restaurant. It is also safer for you to consume as you have taken extra time to cook under hygienic conditions.

Fried Rice, Filled Paprika, Hamburgers, and Pizzas are very delicious to eat when you serve them warm. Also, you could store leftovers in the freezer for some days in containers. Then reheat after thawing them.
