How to make a hamburger

To make a tasty hamburger, follow these steps:
Step 1:preparing the meat
Wash your hands appropriately to avoid contamination of the beef.
Cut the beef into pieces on a plastic wrap line. Further, refrigerate to make it frosty a bit. This will lock in the moisture of the meat when making the patties.
Step 2: get the grinder ready
Depending on if you are using a meat grinder or food processor, set it up properly. Also, ensure that your grinder is adjusted properly so that the meat will not be too tiny after grinding.
Step 3: grind the meat
Gradually add all the pieces of meat one by one to the grinder. Your grinding of the meat should be done only once. Further, transfer the ground meat into a bowl. Then allow it to chill in the freezer.

- 1 package of active dry yeast
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 small chopped onions
- 1- ¼ cups of warm water
- ¼ cups of Canola oil
- 3½ to 4 cups of all-purpose flour
- 1 can of tomato sauce
- 3 teaspoons of dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon of dried basil
- 1 medium of diced green pepper
- 2 cups of shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese.
- ½ pound of ground meat.
Dissolve active yeast and sugar in warm water in a big bowl. Let it rest for 5 minutes until it becomes foamy. Add canola oil and salt to it. Pour the flour gradually into it. Use your hands to mix everything in the big bowl to form a dough.
But, if you are using instant yeast, no need for it to rest for 5 minutes.
Pour the mixture into a floured surface to prevent it from sticking. Then knead smoothly for about 5-7 minutes. Put it in an oiled bowl that was turned downward. This is to ensure the bowl is thoroughly oiled.
To find out if your dough is ready to rise- touch it with your finger. If the dough is elastic. It is ready. Cover it with plastic wrap. Allow it to rise for a few hours in a warm environment. The greater the rise, the better the flavor of the crust.
But if the dough is too wet. Add more flour to it and continue kneading. Then boil the beef and chopped onions over medium heat until it is no longer pink in color. Drain the liquid out.
If the dough has doubled in size. Give it a punch to release the air after rising. Divide the dough into two. Move each of the dough into an oiled 12-in pizza pan. Mix the tomato sauce, oregano, and basil. You could either use your hand or a spoon to spread the mixture over each crust. Add toppings of beef, green pepper, and cheese to it.

- 2 cups (450grams) long grain parboiled rice
- Vegetable Oil

- 100g liver bits
- 1 tablespoon curry powder
- ½ cup green beans and green peas
- ½ cup diced carrots
- ½ cup sweet corn
- Green pepper (desired amount)
- Black pepper desired amount
- Salt (to taste)
- 1 onion
- 3 stock cubes
- ¼ teaspoon of nutmeg powder
Preparation and Cooking
Start by cooking the chicken and liver with enough water (add 2 stock cubes, half onion, thyme, and nutmeg powder) for 30-45minutes
After cooking, filter the chicken and liver from the leftover water and fry them both in a deep pot (to avoid splashing of oil) with oil, after frying, remove the chicken and liver from the oil and keep separately in a bowl
Cook the rice together with the leftover water from the chicken until the rice is fully cooked and keep it separately in a bowl.
Put the deep pot (with the leftover oil inside it on the fire) wait for it to get hot, then add all the ingredients (vegetables) inside it. Add salt, 1 stock cube, and black pepper to taste and fry them together for about 5-10 minutes. Mix the vegetables with a spoon while frying.
Then pours the already cooked rice into the pot and mix together, leave for 5minutes, and allow to cool. You are free to slice it into pieces and serve.
How to make Filled Paprika
Delicious Filled Paprika food recipe for 2 people
- 2 paprika
- 2 250gram shredded meat
- 1 medium-size onion
- one garlic
- ¼ teaspoon of salt
- ¼ teaspoon of pepper (black pepper if available)
- Grated cheese (desired volume)
- 1 raw egg
- Spices (chili, habaneros, jalapeno) if available.
- Powdered paprika (if available)
- Oil (to be after the preparation)
- Cut the 2 paprika into half pieces, remove the seeds from inside the paprika, and wash.
- Add all the rest ingredients (shredded meat, onion, garlic, salt, pepper, cheese, egg, spices, and powdered paprika together in a bowl and mix together very well with your hands until you get a paste form.
- Taste to see if the salt or pepper is okay, if not you can add more to get your desired taste.
- Fill the mixture into the paprika
- Scatter some grated cheese on top.
- Preheat oven to 200 degrees (top/bottom heat)
