Is it super good, not so good, or super bad? Answering this question will help you understand what your mind is up to at this moment.
2. Are you happy with your life? Why?
Presently when you think about where you are, are you happy with your life? Just a simple “YES OR NO” is what you should write down, then whatever answer you pick, give a reason for your answer.
For example, if your answer is “Yes I am happy”, simply state what is making you happy. If the answer is “No I am not happy”, also state what is making you unhappy with your life.
3. Currently is there anything in life that is bothering you?
If yes, then why is that thing still there in your life, and is it okay if you ignore it. If you think deeply there’s always something that is bothering us, but the problem is in our mind not in our life.
So try and find that one thing that is disturbing you or bothering you the most. Then ask yourself the reason behind it, its existence in your life, and whether it’s possible to ignore it from your life.
4. If you have only 3 days to live, then what are the 3 things you would want to do right now?
Humans tend to take life for granted, taking each day for granted. we take life like we are immortal. We tend to postpone fulfilling our desires, even by doing this we forget our desires.
So think deeply if you have just 3 days left to live from today then what are the desires, the dreams you would want to fulfill in these 3 days.
5. What does your perfect everyday routine look like?
Make your dream routine from morning to night take your time to do this. Right now you may not be living your perfect routine life, but what would be your dream life? For example, wake up by 5 am. Take a morning walk by 5:30 am.
Make a healthy breakfast by 7 am, etc. When writing out your dream routine, I’ll encourage you to take time in writing them out.

6. Are you taking steps to reach your dream routine?
Asking this question will help you discover yourself in ways you’ve never imagined. You should be able to answer with either a Yes or No. If YES, what more can you do to achieve them? And if NO, why are you not taking steps.
Furthermore, if you need help with taking a step you can follow the steps pointed in question 5.
7. List 3 things you loved to do during your childhood?
When you were a child what were the things you loved to do?. Do you still do them? If No, would you still love to do them again? As we grow older we tend to forget the things which we love to do during our childhood. It could be reading books, playing football, etc.
Experts say that the things we love to do during our childhood often turn out to be what we are most passionate about. Go deep and try to remember those things you find amusing as a child. Then find out how you can do some of those things.
8. How do you want to be remembered when you die?
This may sound weird but try to imagine you were dead and your close friends or those who know you are sitting in front of you. How would you love for them to remember you? What good thing would you want them to speak about you?
Apparently, you would like to be remembered as someone who is honorable, someone who builds others up, and also someone who cares and loves his or her family. So, asking yourself how you want to be remembered is another way to help you discover yourself.
9. If there is a thing in you that can be used to make a positive impact in this world what would it be?
Knowing what will make a positive impact will definitely help you discover yourself. Everyone is good at something and using that thing to help other people.
Making a positive impact in this world can help people realize that goodness exists, that kindness exists.
We all have that one thing inside us that we can do effortlessly, you just have to dig deep to find it. Not only will you be helping people with it but it will allow you to live a life of fulfillment.
10. Who inspires you the most?
Many people inspire us like Shakespeare, Bill Gates. Go deep and think of that person that makes you want to be a better person. The person that pushes you to want to be the best.
Once you find who that person is, write out three things that you love about that person or that person’s journey.
